01The service
FLOWEXE is an online platform for managing fuel stations: stock, pumps, deliveries, point of sale, shifts, clients, finance and team.
02Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials confidential and for the access you grant to your team members.
03Plans and fees
Subscription fees and setup fees are those of the plan agreed with you. Fees are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise in writing.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with its operation.
05Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
06Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure and provide support by the channels included in your plan. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
07Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be communicated to account owners before they apply.
