This policy explains what information FLOWEXE collects, why, and how it is protected. FLOWEXE is operated by Webtrix (Morocco).
01Information we collect
Account information (name, email, role), the business data you enter into the platform (stations, stock, sales, clients, suppliers, cash movements) and technical information needed to run the service (connection logs, device and browser type).
02How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to support you, to improve the product and to send you service-related messages. We do not sell your data.
03Where it is stored
Data is hosted on secured servers. Each station's data is logically isolated from other customers, and access inside your organisation is limited by role and permission.
04Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, authentication, email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
05Retention
Business data is kept while your account is active and for the period required by applicable accounting obligations. You can request an export or deletion at any time.
06Your rights
In line with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you may access, correct or delete your personal data and object to its processing by writing to us.
